Install
- Run the installer. It finds SQL Server Management Studio 22 on the machine and adds AKML SQL to it.
- Let it close SSMS if it is open. It writes into the SSMS extension folder, so it will offer to close SSMS and reopen it afterwards.
- Open the AKML SQL menu. It is on the SSMS menu bar, just before Window. The first launch after installing rebuilds the editor's component cache, so give it a few seconds longer than usual.
